How this site is funded

Where a provider passes our review, we may link to it with a disclosed affiliate link. If you use one of those links, we may earn a commission from that provider. We only use affiliate links for providers that have passed our review, and every affiliate link is disclosed on the page where it appears. A commission never affects a verdict, whether a provider passes, or the order in which providers appear. Rankings are never sold. As of 16 October 2026, we have no affiliate partners, and nothing on this site earns us money yet.

Who we list and link to

When a provider fails our standard, we'll report that in aggregate — "X of Y providers checked this round passed" — rather than naming the specific provider. A passing verdict is different — we're naming a provider for meeting objective, checkable requirements, not accusing it of anything.

Rankings and reviews are never sold

No paid rankings. Pass or fail is never for sale. We do not accept payment from a provider in exchange for a favorable finding, a passing grade, or a listing in the Register's passing directory. If a provider stops passing our review, we remove its affiliate link.

Requesting a review

Reviews are free, submitting doesn't guarantee a listing or a pass, and we never take payment. Submitting a request doesn't guarantee that we'll review it, list it, or that it will pass.

Editorial independence

No advertising is accepted and no payment is taken for placement in the Register or the Library — see our editorial policy. An affiliate commission is not a placement fee: no provider can pay to be listed, and a commission can't keep a provider listed.
